[Asterisk-Users] carrier blocking

An interesting article on carriers blocking VoIP and products that allow
VoIP to go through but degrade performance to the point its unusable.
This can affect both users in that they cant connect and providers in
that people say they have really poor quality when its not actually the
providers fault.

I found it interesting and thought others might as well.
