[Asterisk-Users] Unavailable

[BILL GITONGA]

I curently have a user who did not have any problems
on the asterisk. But in the last week or so, maybe
three times a day, when someone calls there extension,
the call goes straight to voicemail without even
ringing. The phone says registered but still does not
ring. Could any one out there have experienced this
and what is the solution for this.
