[Asterisk-Users] Red Alarms, No D-Channels, and Crazy People

I am still getting up to speed on the Asterisk system in place at my
new employer.

Today we are getting a lot of this:

Should I be looking priamrily at the telco as the cause of this?
People here are prepping
an old fashioned tar and feathering for me.
