[Asterisk-Users] Does fwdout even work anymore?

As of 8:20 am CDT, both FWD and Iaxtel.com are unresponsive. It
appears the FWD iax server can be reached via a ping, but there
is no response from it for a iax register. That would imply their
asterisk crashed but the server is up.
