I don't believe name is required for cc processing if I remember correctly
setting up authorize.net and using there api's it's an option but not
required.

I should have added one more requirement. Internet authentication like so
many do. Although all that I have worked with require the name to be
entered as text, something that isnt trivial to do (and asking people to tap
out their name via dtmf would be too bothersome).
I would like a merchant solution that would work 100% off someone calling
into the system and entering their data, authentication will then occur via
the internet.
