For callpacket host try using voip.callpacket.com<http://voip.callpacket.com>.
This is a recent change they made and
ser.callpacket.com<http://ser.callpacket.com>will not work. But if you
nslookup both the names pointing to same ip. They
might be using some kind of virtual hosting on that name I think.
