[Asterisk-Users] Cannot telnet to port 5038 on asterisk

Do you have a permit line in manager.conf for connections from 127.0.0.1 
such as:

permit = 127.0.0.0/255.0.0.0

And also a bind entry:

bindaddr = 0.0.0.0
