Check your Revision card, if it is Rev H in zaptel sources you have a
zconfig.h with a Flag to Revision H. Try it.

if it may help,
I could just stop *,
# rmmod wcfxs
# modprobe wcfxs
# asterisk
and now all ports are working fine ???
I Googled around and found someone with a similar problem 5 okt 2004.
It happened after 2 weeks of operation ?
I think it's still an issue in the driver...
