[Asterisk-Users] Forcing Codec Usage

[Crystal Stream, Incorporated]

Okay. 
I learned that if I comment ulaw out it works with
NuFone kind of .... it connects and then I can't hear
anything. Voice Pulse Connect flags Congestion.
