I had the same problem - I swapped modules, and the problem stayed with
channel 1. I got a replacement from my distributor, but it had the same
problem.
I ended up getting a board directly from Digium - that solved the
problem.

The problem is not the module though its on the port its plugged into.
I can move the module to another port and it works fine, so I was
thinking it is the board. I guess I will call Digium and see what they
say.
