[Asterisk-Users] chan_bluetooth wont compile

Hi... I'm trying to compile chan_bluetooth after downloading from
crazygreek. (latest.tar.gz)

In following up with the user Enky: He has CVS head as of 11/19, and I
have just checked out the latest

I'm getting the following errors:

There is no channel_pvt.h  - so how do you compile against head?
