[Asterisk-Users] 1.2 chan_modem not installing?

After compiling the released version I get the follow error when I run
asterisk.  I didn't get the fault with the beta's or rc's using the same
config.  I have tried the FTP version and the CVS downloaded version and
get the same error

failed!

Chan_modem isn't compiled......
