[Asterisk-Users] Outgoing sound very low

Hello,

I have setup asterisk with Digium TDM04B, with FXO ports. I dial in using a local line and the asterisk connects me to the SIP phone network. 

I can hear them loudly, but when i talk they are not able to hear, the sound is very low. How can i adjust,

 i am using g729 codec and using IAX to connect to the asterisk exchange. ( which holds the SIP phone network )
