The zttest results should be 100% ideally, but everything should work ok
with >= 99.98%. here's a great discussion:

Maybe try what they recommend with hdparm, specifically unmasking
interrupts and setting udma2 mode. It would appear that your system is
just too busy to deal with the many, many interrupts/second required by
the TE410P. (Is it 1,000/sec on these boards too?)
