[Asterisk-Users] unexpected debug output from console

Why am I getting debug from server<-->sip.broadvoice.com on the console when
debug and verbose are off? And can it be fixed?

The server is 192.168.1.10, my laptop with softphone is 192.168.1.103

testserver*CLI> sip debug ip 192.168.1.103 SIP Debugging Enabled for IP:
