Yeah I'm working on it at the moment.  I've got it compiled in ok though.

Just follow the instructions on the bug tracker
(http://bugs.digium.com/view.php?id=5090):

1. get latest CVS or Asterisk
2. get t38bits
3. uncompress t38bits contents over Asterisk sources
4. apply the patch (you will probably have to specify file names, it didn't go
in clean on mine)
5. recompile asterisk and install
6. add the new settings to the top of the sip.conf file
7. restart Asterisk
8. try it out
9. report your results back to the bug tracker
