occasionally losing registration with Asterisk ?

There is a known problem with the BT10X's where during 2 registration
periods, the phones get called but never answered, after which the
phones will no longer re-register. Grandstream have known about this
bug for many months. I suggest you fire off an email to
support at grandstream.com.
