[Asterisk-Users] Response time of TDM04b

Hi,
I have configured a small call center using TDM04b. But when the call incoming, the ring tone will last three time before hearing the ivr voice.
So, I want to know can I short this waiting time?
 
Any help and advice will appreciated!
