Hi,

I'd like to understand what work is being queued.

Mark, do you:

	have lots of defined iax2 peers
	use a very low registration expiry (or does the peer?)
	use the jitter buffer
	use realtime
	use switch stuff

Is there something in the call setup that might account for a long delay 
(block).  Are you using ENUM?

What does the dial statement look like?
