[Asterisk-Users] Suggestions needed...Motherboard incompatibility with Digium Card.

For the record, I've found that kernel version has a lot to do with it, 
too.  CentOS 3.4 gives us 100% zttests.  CentOS 4.2 gives us 
99.9<something>% tests.

Motherboard:  Migrus M4-845Q Mini-ITX.
