	Sip phones (Cisco 7960 - SIP) -> AstLinux (Soekris) -> Network (IAX)-> 
Asterisk Server -> PSTN

	Audio was great on all calls.

	I don't think this person was doing trunking, but I could be wrong. 
Also, it will definitely have a performance impact, but probably not a 
whole lot...

	Five years for a phone switch is not that good...  Anyways, I'm not the 
person to give you the data you are looking for.  I just don't have it.
