dial-peer voice 123456 voip
  destination-pattern 3103464711
  progress_ind setup enable 3
  progress_ind progress enable 8
  voice-class codec 2
  session target ipv4:your.ip.address.goeshere

This will route only one single number, u can set up several dial-peers
with different patterns.
