[Asterisk-Users] app_dial_rev5

Im trying to install the app_dial_rev5.diff patch from http://bugs.digium.com/bug_view_page.php?bug_id=0002905 so I can do call screening. Im not a programmer so Im unsure whats going on. Any help would be appreciated.
