--DSS/BLF functionality will be a big one.  Configuring the application to
be tied to the UA would also be good.  That would give you current call
status etc.

Easy configuration of application screenpops via url with wildcard for CID,
DDE controls to access other client applications etc.

A good view of the queues, calls waiting to be answered, time in queue, etc.

Stuff like that.
