Are you registering against a hostname or IP?

Try changing to an IP if possible.

Is it maybe caching DNS somewhere along the line for that Host (and 
maybe the IP has changed)?

Strange that reload does not work as I thought that it cleared the dns 
cache (as far as Asterisk is concerned).
