[Asterisk-Users] CallerID name lookup AGI script

Which one are you using? If you're using the script found at
http://muware.com/asterisk, then the format of the incoming CID doesn't
matter -- my script standardizes the CID number to be used for lookup
and presents it as 1nxxnxxxxxx.
