[Asterisk-Users] Default time zone for asterisk

For some reason, Asterisk is reporting the wrong timezone on voice
messages.  I found the tz= parameter to add to each mailbox in
voicemail.conf, but I would rather set it once for all of asterisk.
 
Is there a single location to set timezone as the default for all of
asterisk?
