We tend to get this when asterisk tries to call a SIP extension which
has lost its connection for some reason (network troubles, power
outage, whatever). See if there are any calls being attempted at that
time...

Linux supports the notion of a command line or a shell for the same
reason that only children read books with only pictures in them.
