My 2 cents:
If I don´t misunderstand it, I would guess you´ll have to read it
again and type in "myroot" AND "mypassword"  or what it says and NOT
"your_login" and "your_password".
After that, you can change it to your preferred password etc...

That´s what I guess...But I´m not sure.
