[Asterisk-Users] Problem with extensions and when channel is

A bit more details:
Calling an IAX entry which doesn't exist:

create channel of type 'IAX2' (cause 3)

Should have been CHANUNAVAIL
Same for SIP
-- Executing Dial("SIP/ipp100-e5aa", "SIP/ipp107|20|Ttr") in new
