[Asterisk-Users] AMP and dialparties.agi

dialplan is the logic giver for

Call Waiting,
Call Forward
Do Not Disturb

and a couple of other things that escape me.  is it required? thats a
decsion you need to make, technically it is not required in either AMP
or asterisk, but it is a good way of achiving these features.
