Adam,
You should really look at Asterish at Home.
http://asteriskathome.sourceforge.net
It has AMP and a ton of other features that will be useful for a new
user.
Cheers,
Wiley

Subject: [Asterisk-Users] New User Help
I am new to Asterisk and Linux. I need help configuring my system. I
have 5 Cisco 7940g IP phones, a Cisco ATA186, and a Zyxel 2000W Wi-Fi IP
Phone. I have 3 SIP VOIP Lines, currently running on the ATA and 2000W.
I have the server installed, but don't know where to even begin to setup
extensions. I'm also interested in installing the Asterisk Management
Portal, but I couldn't get it to install. Please contact me at
517-999-3078x11, or my cell at 517-242-1800. I can also be reached by
email at acollard at erwireless.com. Thanks
