I'd suggest staying with the same provider for all handsets. It will
save inter-operability problems, and means you only need to learn a
single setup procedure.

On that basis, I'd suggest the polycom IP600 for your 6 line phones, and
the IP300/IP500 for the rest.

There are also plenty of people who like the snom phones, but I don't
have any experience with them.
