[Asterisk-Users] can't create Zap channel

so everything seems OK.

I guess we would need:

- /etc/zaptel.conf
- /etc/asterisk/zapata.conf
- the construction of the extension you are using
- maybe "zap show channels", "zap show channel X" etc.
