[Asterisk-Users] Broadvoice "Issues"

Anyone else having problems with Broadvoice?  While trying to dial I
receive a recording "We're sorry this call can not be completed at this
time".  

Also Can't call in on BV number.

Unfortunately this is becoming a common occurrence with them.
