If you enabled it in logger.conf, it should be at /var/log/asterisk/debug

What does "cdr mysql status" do? If it says "no such command" then you
haven't loaded the cdr module.

Did you do "make install" inside the asterisk-addons dir?

Do you have autoload => yes in your modules.conf?
