[Asterisk-Users] Transfer a call in the IVR

How do I transfer or forward a call that is in the IVR and connect it to a
static external phone number? The call would come in on a POTS line into an
x100p and could go out using 3-way calling or another POTS line connected to
another x100p. Please help!!!
