Peter,

A couple things: A search of the mailing list will yield most of your
answers, here are just a few:

#1: Username: maint, password: password (http://server/maint) should
get you started

#2: AFAIK AMP puts all your changes in a seperate file included at the
tail end of extensions.conf -- usually called
extensions_additional.conf

#3: IIRC its aah-help
