[Asterisk-Users] Music on Hold Broken??

Hi,

I am having some trouble with music on hold.

Here is the situation.
Asterisk Server.  Polycom IP500 phone.  Everything is configured and 
works perfectly for incoming and outgoing calls.

1) If I use the hold button on the IP500 phone to place a caller on 
hold, they just get silence.

2) I made a test entry in extensions.cfg:
	exten => 6000,1,Answer
    	exten => 6000,2,MusicOnHold()

This works fine and I can hear music when I dial 6000.

What do I have to do to get the MOH working when a caller is placed on 
hold from the phone??
