[Asterisk-Users] PRI E1 Questions

Hi,
We recently got a PRI installed at one of our local centres however, we appear
to be having interesting issues.

Everything seems to be installed in the correct manner.

asterisk*CLI> pri show span 1

N200 Counter: 3

However, when we try and make a call:
    -- Executing Dial("SIP/sgupta-901d", "ZAP/1/32953295") in new stack
Mar 24 11:11:31 NOTICE[987]: app_dial.c:746 dial_exec: Unable to create channel
of type 'ZAP'
  == Everyone is busy/congested at this time

Any ideas?
