If you're using asterisk (not @home), you might try grabbing the latest
CVS. I was having issues with outbound calls dropping after ~40 secs
and the only patches I found had already been included so they were no
help to me. Checked out a fresh cvs last night and it's worked perfectly.

I was having a major audio chop issue on the dca proxy. I switched to
lax and for the most part, it's smooth (strange since I'm on the east
coast, but whatever works).
