ISDN is supported out of the box. SS7 support is (or will soon be?)  
supported by a commercial version of Asterisk. Search the list archives or

I suggest you read up on Asterisk in the online materials available on 
www.asterisk.org. This mailing list generally requires a certain amount of 
background knowledge about Asterisk. Alternativly you need to formulate a 
more precise question which can be answered.
