Good luck; they are very rare. Even if you can find a card, most of them 
do not offer US NI-1/2 firmware, so they can't be used on the network 
here anyway.

The few that do work are listed on the wiki, I believe, but finding 
places to buy them will not be easy. ISDN BRI in the US has never been 
even remotely popular except for videoconferencing equipment and some 
other special-purpose applications.
