Certainly little there addresses his specific issue.
Certainly lots more information might be helpful
What one out of 3004 versions of Asterisk is he running, any error 
information, public IP changing? and on and on.
But don't expect a lot of help from many of the Wiki pages. As with Man 
pages, they only help when you already know the answer.
