* is playing "invalid" message twice.
I have:
[internal]
include => outgoing ; include the outgoing context
include => voicemail
...
include => invalid
[invalid]
exten => _.,1,Answer
exten => _.,2,Playback(pbx-invalid)
exten => _.,3,Hangup()
asterisk is playing "invalid" message twice, WHY?
