A quick search of the list (google: paging site:digium.com) would show you this has been discussed in the past. There is at least 1 SIP paging product. Modified grandstream phones set to autoanswer have been suggested. Sound cards using the console/DSP have been suggested. There are references to these on the WIKI as well -Nate
