Dinesh,

Change the name of your Broadvoice context from [broadvoice]   to 
[2122020832] (if that is, in fact your broadvoice number).

Remove the line:  dtmf = inband
Change the line:  insecure=yes to insecure=very
Remove the line:  user=2122020832

Also, I'd remove the spaces before and after the "=" on the ones that 
have spaces.  I don't know if that'll mess things up, but I see in my 
sip.conf, there are no spaces.

Try that and see what happens.
