Hello all,
I am sorry for posting again, but when asked on irc, they told me that the
reason why I get this error is because I cannot even connect to bv. I used
sip show peers and it shows the server is unreachable. I have tried all the
proxy servers and it doesn't seem to work. I thought it was a firewall
issue, so I changed to a different isp(different cable), but still has the
same error message. Does anyone have any info?
In sip.conf
register =>
21220xxxxx at sip.broadvoice.com:password:21220xxxxx at sip.broadvoice.com
[broadvoice]
type = peer
user = 212202xxxx
host = sip.broadvoice.com
fromdomain = sip.broadvoice.com
fromuser = 212202xxxx
username = 212202xxxx
authuser = 212202xxxx
authname = 212202xxxx
secret = xxxxxx
dtmfmode = inband
dtmf = inband
insecure = yes
context = default
qualify = yes
disallow=all
allow=ulaw
;Disable canreinvite if you are behind a NAT ;
;canreinvite=yes
;nat=yes
I tried to call bv support 3 or 4 times today, but I guess they are not
answering. Any help is appreciated.
Regards,
Dinesh.
