You really are going to have to expand on what you need to know which 
can't be gleaned from reading mgcp.conf - there is no other 
"documentation" apart from that and past discussion on here.

BTW just to get it out of the way, Asterisk does not have a MGCP User 
Agent - *only* Call Agent.
