  As a VOIP provider myself for a quite a while, I can't help but point out
that if the current USA market rate for termination wasn't so unrealistic
(around one cent), most upcoming telecom providers would be able to give a
much better service.  No wonder big telcos' market rate is higher than that.

  Oh well, just very wishful thinking...  and my 2 cents
